The First of Many

Well - the time has finally come for us to start our own blog page - something we've been meaning to set up for months, if not years now, but have never had the time to dedicate to it! Although the circumstances for all of this free time are unfortunate (understatement of the century?), we are thankful that we have the means to keep up communication with all of you - our amazing students! We hope that everyone is staying home as much as possible, staying safe and doing what they can to maintain a healthy mind...

We plan to use this blog page to post as much as we can throughout the lockdown and until we reopen at some point this year. We'll be posting our favourite recipes, practice tips, stories, meditations, pass-times for self isolation, and just general ideas and discussions to maintain the wonderful community we have at The Yoga Bank. We'll have regular updates, messages and guest posts from our incredible team of teachers too! This blog is a work in progress, so please be patient whilst we make it as accessible and stylish as we can!

If you have any topics that you'd like to about from us, or anything you'd like to see, pop an email over to and we will work hard to cover everyone's requests! If anyone has any feedback, feel free to send that our way as well.

Thank you for all of your continued support - the response we have had to our Facebook live classes and on our Gofundme page is incredible! We are so grateful to be a part of such a wonderful community.
