Virtual Yoga Classes & Livestreams

We have been working hard to find a system that is accessible for all and makes streaming a yoga class easy, fun and stress free. We have decided to test out Zoom - an online platform by which you can simply observe and listen to the class streamed live, or participate by enabling your camera etc. Many of you may have already used Zoom since the lockdown began - it seems to be a very popular platform for connecting to family and friends across the globe.


We've had wonderful feedback from our classes so far, and are trying to take everything you're all saying into account. We've made a new timetable that will run from tomorrow, and may be added to or altered over the coming weeks. We'll be updating social media and our website as regularly as possible to keep everyone in the loop.

Our classes will be live streamed at the times shown on the timetable below, and once over, the recording will be accessible for all paid members via a private Youtube link, which we will send via email. We're in the process of setting up higher quality audio and hope that this will make it clearer and easier to follow. Virtual Class Timetable:

Monday:

4:30pm-5:30pm - Yin Yoga with Jackie

6:00pm-7:15pm - Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga with Jackie

Tuesday:

4:00pm-5:00pm - Yin and Tonic (Yin for grounding) with Jackie

6:00pm-7:00pm - Yoga for Flexibility and Mobility with Jackie

Thursday:

4:30pm-5:30pm - Yoga to Soothe the Soul with Jackie

6:00pm-7:00pm - Core Strength Yoga with Jackie

Saturday:

10:15am-11:30am - Hatha Yoga with Ali

Sunday:

5:00pm-6:30pm - Mythic Yoga Flow with Jackie

Virtual Class prices:

Free for members

£4.50 for 60 mins

£5 for 75 mins

£6 for 90 mins

Virtual Workshops:

We are also planning as many live virtual workshops as we can, and we would love for anyone and everyone to participate, either live or afterwards via the recording. For more information on what each workshop covers, head to the Mind Body app or our website.

How to access:

To participate in our online classes or workshops, you can book on the exact same way you would book our regular classes. Head to the Mind Body app or our website - (www.theyogabank.co.uk and click on Book a Class), select which class you'd like to take part in and pay the drop in price. Live online classes will be free for existing paying members, and you'll be able to sign up the same way you would for our usual classes. Once you have booked on, we will send you an email with the link to the Zoom meeting. This will be open 15 minutes before the class starts and will have a 'waiting room' to ensure prompt starting times and to make sure everyone is connected and can see the stream clearly. Tomorrow, 6/4/20 at 3:30pm we will be having a small FREE test meeting on Zoom, which is also free to book on via Mind Body. We simply want to test the system and make sure everything is working before the live class at 4:30pm. If you would like to get involved and help (and I'm sure see some familiar faces!) please book on and we'll send you a link when we can.

This is new for us so please be patient as we try to make everything run as smoothly as possible. Do let us know of any difficulties you have and ask any questions you have if we haven't covered them here.
